Mobile Sample & User Trial Operation Manager
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Fully Onsite)
Assignment Length: 12 + month contract to (hire + multi-extension capability)
Compensation: 30.00 /hr. W2
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mobile Sample & User Trial Operation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of mobile sample collections and user trials, ensuring all operations meet strict regulatory requirements and project timelines. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between research, development, and the end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Oversight:
Manage the end-to-end process of mobile sample collection, storage, and transportation, developing efficient workflows for sample management. - Trial Management:
Coordinate user trial operations, including participant recruitment, consent processes, and data collection. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to design and execute seamless trials. - Technical Preparation:
Ensure User Trial (UT) devices are properly configured prior to project execution and maintain updated device setup documentation. - Data & Reporting:
Collect and analyze data from multiple sources; prepare professional spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and project status reports (Weekly, Monthly, and Final). - User Pool Engagement:
Recruit and manage a robust user pool, providing on-site training and maintaining professional relationships to ensure high-quality participation. - Compliance:
Maintain meticulous records and ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Professional training in data management, analysis, or UX research is a significant plus. - Experience:
1–3 years of experience within the telecommunications industry. - Technical Prowess:
Ability to analyze data trends and prioritize multiple work assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Excellence:
Superior time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision. - Meticulous Detail: A sharp eye for accuracy in record-keeping and device configuration.
- Strong Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively update senior management and engage with internal/external users.
