ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for managing mailroom operations including receiving, sorting, and delivering incoming packages as well as processing outgoing shipments.
They will check and replenish supply rooms daily, maintain cleanliness and organization of conference and scrum rooms, and assist with conference room setups in support of the FAST team.
Additional duties include delivering packages to SMART lockers, handling light printing, copying, and laminating requests, and providing backup reception support when needed.
The role involves frequent walking, standing, and lifting, with occasional shipments over 50 lbs; assistance and equipment such as carts and dollies will be available.
QualificationsAt least five years of experience in mailroom and shipping operations, conference room setup, and customer-facing roles.
Strong knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Teams is required, along with basic printing capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The position requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment and attention to detail. This is a physical role combined with administrative responsibilities, offering the opportunity for permanent placement.
