• Up to $50/hour flat rate, based on certification and experience
• $10,000 signing bonus for experienced/master‑level technicians
• $200/month vehicle allowance toward a new Lincoln, Volvo, or Polestar

• Certified Ford or Lincoln Technicians (all levels encouraged to apply)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Committed to quality work, efficiency, and getting it right the first time
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Desire to learn and grow with a fast‑moving dealership

• Valid driver’s license
• Ford/Lincoln certification
• Efficiency, quality, and fixed‑first‑visit performance stats (preferred)
• Organized and detail‑oriented
