Een groeiende organisatie in de Aerospace sector zoekt een HR medewerker voor 24 uur per week in Hoogerheide. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de instroom, doorstroom en verzuim binnen de organisatie. Je zult onder andere personeelsadministratie bijhouden, arbeidsovereenkomsten beheren en de onboarding coördineren. De ideale kandidaat heeft een MBO 4-opleiding HRM en minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in HR.

Daarnaast zijn uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met Office 365 vereist.
