Responsibilities
Gestione di pratiche edilizie (depositi sismici, richieste di pareri a enti come Soprintendenza, Provincia, gestori di reti acqua/gas/elettricità, ecc.).
Redazione di perizie tecniche.
Contabilità di cantiere (computi metrici e stima costi delle opere).
Preparazione della documentazione per appalti pubblici (capitolati d'appalto, quadri economici, piani di manutenzione, ecc.).
Qualifications
Diploma come geometra o esperienza equivalente.
Conoscenza base di urbanistica e appalti pubblici.
Precisione e capacità organizzativa.
Spirito di squadra e voglia di imparare.
Location
Sede di lavoro:
Bergamo, con presenza quotidiana in ufficio.
