Sunroom Installer

Joyce Factory Direct is hiring Sunroom Installers (W2) to support residential sunroom installations for homeowners who have already purchased Joyce products. This is a hands on, field-based role and no prior sunroom installation experience is required. You’ll work alongside experienced installers, receive on the job training, and start with material handling, prep work, and basic installation tasks while learning the trade.

We value consistency and reliability over experience, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and wants steady, reliable employment.

This is a W2 employee position with consistent, year-round work.

• Hourly rate: $16–$20 per hour, based on experience

• Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Very occasional Saturdays, based on workload or customer needs

• Assist with residential sunroom installations under the direction of lead installers
• Learn proper installation techniques, measurements, and safety procedures
• Carry, stage, and organize materials and tools on job sites
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided)
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners and internal teams
• Follow company installation standards and safety guidelines

• Interest in construction, carpentry, or learning a skilled trade
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical work throughout the day
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to follow the lead of more experienced installers and work as part of a team with a positive attitude
• Basic professional decorum and the ability to interact with customers as required
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Personal hand tools are welcome but not required
• Previous construction or installation experience is helpful but not required
