Day-Shift Nurse- LPN/RN (Healthcare)

Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community, located in the Cleveland suburb of Berea, Ohio, provides short term, long term and specialized services to individuals needing Skilled Nursing services and rehabilitation. The community specializes in providing services to specialized Behavioral and Mental Health populations as well as long-term and short-term rehabilitation. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. This is a great opportunity for an LPN or RN looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate environment.

LPN base rate ranges from $28.50 to $30 an hour, based on experience. RN base rate is $40 an hour. Shift differential opportunity $1/hr the typical schedule for this opportunity is 7am - 7:30pm.

Monday, Wednesday, Saturday;
Week 2:
Sunday, Wednesday, Friday. Schedule 2:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
