As the Maintenance Director at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both residents and staff. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of facility management and supporting our mission of providing loving care.
Compensation & ScheduleStarting pay: $30 an hour.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8am–4pm, with flexible start/end based on community need. This position is part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

- Manage and supervise all maintenance staff and operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities, inventory, and work orders.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement or repair.
