The Job:

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to support Manufacturing Engineering with key activities including:

* Learn aerospace components material and manufacturing processes

* Evaluate manufacturing processes via time studies and other methods to assess safety and efficiency

* Propose and implement changes to manufacturing processing

* Work on Continuous Improvement projects

* Design, develop and test tooling to improve manufacturing processes

* Act as day-to-day engineer to support floor production

You will have exposure to several areas of the Manufacturing Engineering team at the CAM Engineered Products Division of Stanley Black & Decker. You will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects with a cross-functional team of professionals, including Quality, Procurement, and Customer Service.

The Person :

The ideal Engineering intern candidate will have the following qualifications:

* Be a rising junior or senior with a target graduation date of 2026 or 2027

* Actively pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering

* Maintains strong academic credentials.

* Exemplifies curiosity, attention to detail, problem solving, and an interest in understanding how things are made and work

* Successfully manages strong academics alongside extracurricular activities.
