A leading sports organization based in Ohio is looking for a Ticket Operations Coordinator to manage ticket operational elements for events. This role includes maintaining the ticketing system, supporting the Ticket Sales and Service departments, and assisting with game day ticketing duties. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of ticket operations, customer service skills, and prior experience in a related field.
