Job Summary

FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER — full-time position available ation:
Cafe at Hyster Yale, 2200 Menelaus Road, Berea, KY 40403.

Schedule:

Full and part-time options, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 11:30 am. More details upon interview.

Pay Range: $13.00 per hour to $14.00 per hour.

• Performs cashiering duties and general food service work in a sanitation-conscious environment.
• Prepares foods as directed, including washing, peeling, cutting, and processing fruits and vegetables; weighs and measures ingredients as needed.
• Transfers food and supplies between stations and storage areas following safety standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils; ensures sanitation and safety compliance.
• Uses recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Provides friendly, efficient customer service; handles sales transactions and inputs sales into the register accurately.
• Handles cash, accepts payment methods, issues receipts, and processes refunds per standard procedures.
• Manages change funds and cash receipts in accordance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Food preparation, catering, customer service, and cashier experience required.
• Ability to perform duties while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.
