Welder/Automotive Quality Representative

$22-24/hour

This role supports TRIGO's Quality Resident Engineering operations by preventing customer claims through proactive quality oversight and corrective actions.

Serve as the on-site customer liaison, supporting continuous improvement and providing inspection, rework coordination, defect analysis, and claim reporting - with a primary focus on weld-related issues.

Represent the customer at the OEM plant and manage production quality concerns

Analyze issues, drive corrective actions, and communicate updates between OEM and plant teams

Coordinate sorting and rework activities as needed

Support launches, trials, engineering changes, and customer meetings

Maintain strong plant-level customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Conduct process/product audits and implement standardized work

Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

Experience with process controls and audits

Ability to lead, work under pressure, and act as company representative

Tier 1 and automotive sequencing experience preferred
