This role supports TRIGO's Quality Resident Engineering operations by preventing customer claims through proactive quality oversight and corrective actions.
Serve as the on-site customer liaison, supporting continuous improvement and providing inspection, rework coordination, defect analysis, and claim reporting - with a primary focus on weld-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the customer at the OEM plant and manage production quality concerns
- Analyze issues, drive corrective actions, and communicate updates between OEM and plant teams
- Coordinate sorting and rework activities as needed
- Support launches, trials, engineering changes, and customer meetings
- Maintain strong plant-level customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Conduct process/product audits and implement standardized work
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process controls and audits
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead, work under pressure, and act as company representative
- Tier 1 and automotive sequencing experience preferred
