General Responsibilities
The successful candidate for this position will have expert knowledge of the automotive quality management standards and reference documents with a working knowledge of OEM requirements, AIAG core tools, and audit principles, procedures, and methods. The candidate will possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills to interact with members at all organizational levels.
The candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organization/time management skills and operate effectively and efficiently with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced team or individual environment. Candidates with SAP S/4
HANA experience will be given special consideration. This is a regional support position and requires a willingness/ability to travel domestically and internationally.
HANA
- Supporting implementation of quality TOPPAKO regional activities
- Support training of team members in quality-related SAP S/4
HANA processes - Assist in the roll out of SAP S/4
HANA for quality-related processes within the region.
- Support the implementation and integration of global/regional standards throughout the region.
- Provide feedback and assist in the development of regional standards.
- Support continuous improvement activity including standardization and benchmarking.
- Support development/maintenance of regional IATF registration
- Assist sites in preparation for IATF 3rd party audits as required.
- Assist the sites in the development and submission of corrective actions for audit findings.
- Report audit results / corrective action status to site / regional management.
- Monitor, analyze and report on regional IATF/QMS performance and lead read across and lessons learned activities.
- Provide IATF/Core Tools/CSR’s/QMS (and related systems)/Lead Auditor training to regional team members.
- Conduct audits as Lead Auditor or Auditor at sites in the region to support their internal audit programs.
- Lead cross-audits throughout the region to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Support compliance audits and other types of manufacturing/process audits as required.
Skills And Abilities
- Expert knowledge of the automotive industry quality management with a working knowledge of OEM requirements and AIAG core tools.
- Understanding of audit principles, procedures, and methods.
- Lead Auditor Certification is required. ASPICE certification is preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Experience with Project Management is preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
HANA is preferred - Learning principles, curriculum development, facilitation and presentation
- Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Office and Outlook.
- Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
- Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
- Implementing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people at all organizational levels
- Developing and delivering multi‑mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Working with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast‑paced team or individual environment

A University degree is required. Preference will be given to degrees in a relevant field or industry.
Experience7 years + experience in the automotive industry. Preference will be given to experience in Quality Assurance Engineering, QMS, Internal Auditing and SAP S/4
HANA deployment.
Physical Demands:
Required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty‑five pounds. Have the ability to work 40 – 60 hours per week. Late/early meetings may be required to facilitate meetings with other teams in other time zones. Up to 50% domestic and international travel may be required. Travel may include visiting customers, suppliers, manufacturing sites, and corporate offices.
Work EnvironmentPrimarily in a professional business office with exposure to testing areas and periodic exposure to manufacturing environments.
