Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Engineer II-III

Lead and identify continuous improvement activities in manufacturing processes, including automation, robotics, and digital systems.

Lead teams in continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and 6σ methodologies.

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5-7 years of manufacturing experience.

** Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
** Continuous Improvement:
** In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience in leading CI projects.  Experience in managing multiple projects and ensuring timely execution of process improvements.
** Communication:
** Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  Proficiency in key manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, assembly techniques, automation, PLC, and computer applications.
