. Torch Fitness, a division of Valet Living, is looking for an enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, high-energy 45-minute fitness classes in/around Bentonville, AR. This is your opportunity to share your passion for wellness in a premium community environment, where you'll inspire residents to move, sweat, and feel their best.

• Class Type
  : HIIT, Core Strength, etc.
• Class Size
  :
  Intimate sessions with 3-5+ motivated residents — perfect for building community and connection.

• Competitive Pay

  Earn $40 per 45-minute class with the potential for more classes based on your availability and proximity.

• Weekday evenings: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday mornings: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

• A passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others
• Experienced in leading group fitness classes
• CPR and AED certified (required)
• Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)
• Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance (REQUIRED)

• Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun workouts
• Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
• Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
• Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
• Build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
