Senior Manager, Systems and Infrastructure Engineering

Position Summary

Are you passionate about creating smart, seamless solutions that bridge the gap between design, planning, and technology? We’re looking for a developer to take a leading role in shaping how our teams use AutoCAD for club fixture design and layouts and Blue Yonder DA applications for planogram and floor plan design. In this role, you’ll create custom tools for AutoCAD plans, planograms and floor plans, build web pages that turn complex data into clear insights, and automate key workflows to save time and boost accuracy.

• Design and build custom solutions that enhance how teams use AutoCAD and Blue Yonder/JDA, with your ideas directly shaping workflows and tools.

• Develop and maintain AutoCAD extensions and Blue Yonder/JDA planogram/floorplan customizations tailored to business needs.

• Automate workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across AutoCAD and Blue Yonder/JDA applications.

• Create tools for process management
  , helping teams stay on track and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Enable data-driven decisions by building web-based reporting tools that turn design and planning data into actionable insights.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, planners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

• Ensure quality and scalability by applying best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

• 5+ years of software development experience
  , with a strong track record of delivering custom solutions.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as , C#.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and GO.

• Experience with AutoCAD APIs/customization
  , including .NET or Object
  
  ARX.

• Familiarity with Blue Yonder/JDA planogram and floorplan tools and their customization.

• Web development skills for creating reporting dashboards.

• Strong problem-solving abilities
  , with a knack for translating complex requirements into practical solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  , with a team-first mindset.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
