Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot, with experience in event-driven architectures and cloud-based solutions. This role involves working on mission-critical applications, integrating with modern data platforms, and ensuring robust, secure, and efficient backend services.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Implement event-driven architectures leveraging Apache Kafka for real-time data processing.

  DB) for scalable data storage solutions.
• Develop and deploy applications on Azure Cloud, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability while adhering to best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments in cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka for event-driven and streaming architectures.

• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with performance tuning and scalability in large-scale systems.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and distributed environments.
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk, or similar.
