The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise. • Design, develop and implement complex machine learning solutions that drive business results.
• Uphold ML engineering best practices – enforcing high standards for quality, reliability and security in deployed machine learning solutions.
• Work cross‑functionally with business, product, data science, front‑end engineering and data engineering teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
• Effectively communicate technical work to senior/executive leaders in both technical and non‑technical settings.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI/ML technologies and trends – acting as a thought leader for ML engineering within the organization and in the broader technical community.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to achieve their full potential and improve team efficiency.

• Deep knowledge and experience building complex, large‑scale, mission‑critical machine learning applications with microservice architecture in Kubernetes.
• Proven programming skills using standard ML tools such as Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, CUDA and related frameworks and libraries.
• Highly resourceful and methodical in solution/architecture/API/codebase design and ability to translate product requirement into an engineering blueprint.
• Experience with common ML model serving framework, especially for NLP models/applications. Familiarity with Gen AI/LLMs and related tooling ecosystem a plus.
• Experience developing and maintaining ML engineering processes and best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization and model monitoring.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize requirements across multiple domains and influence stakeholders/peer teams for strategic alignment.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with an ability to approach problems in a logical and systematic manner.
