Key Account Manager, eCommerce

Bentonville, AR | Remote

Are you passionate about digital commerce, sales strategy, and building high-impact retail partnerships? As a Key Account Manager, eCommerce at Pure Fishing, you’ll own the growth and execution of our online business across key accounts, driving sales, visibility, and profitability in the fastest-growing channel of our business. You’ll serve as the primary commercial lead for major eCommerce customers, collaborating cross-functionally with sales leaders, marketing, supply chain, and digital teams to deliver best-in-class assortment, content, and activation strategies, while also supporting brick‑and‑mortar sales team with key omnichannel initiatives.

From optimizing product pages and promotions to leading joint business plans and digital campaigns, you’ll ensure our brands win online and convert shoppers into lifelong anglers. What will you do?
  • Own P&L and sales performance for assigned eCommerce key accounts
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue, share, and profitability
  • Lead assortment, pricing, promotional, and content strategies to maximize online conversion
  • Partner with marketing and retail media teams to activate digital campaigns and search visibility
  • Monitor digital shelf performance, analytics, and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage forecasts, inventory flow, and in‑stock performance with supply chain partners
  • Support and collaborate with the in‑store sales team to drive omnichannel growth
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customer buyers and category managers
  • Support leadership with reporting, planning, and strategic recommendations
What makes you a great catch?
  • Experience managing national or key retail accounts, preferably in eCommerce or omnichannel
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with P&L ownership
  • Knowledge of digital retail fundamentals (content optimization, search, media, conversion, promotions)
  • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Passion for the outdoors and sporting goods industry a plus

Your work environment:

You’ll work in a dynamic, customer‑focused team that interacts across departments, including marketing, sales, and retail customers. You will be flexible to work remotely with monthly visits to Bentonville, AR office. Every decision you make will impact how customers digitally interact with our iconic fishing brands that connect people to the outdoors.

What you will need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years in a sales or related field, preferably eCommerce focused.
  • Strong persuasive selling skills, confident communication (written and verbal), and technical proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred previous interaction with Walmart platforms (Retail Link, Supplier One).
  • Preferred experience with enterprise PIM/DAM platforms.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
