Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement key sales strategies and go-to-market approaches with sales leaders
  • Lead the sales team through all phases of the sales process to achieve targets
  • Oversee business reviews and ensure availability of necessary resources for the sales team
  • Foster positive relationships with key decision-makers to support sales initiatives
  • Manage the implementation of product conversions and lead program execution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, product development, or sales, including 4 years in product sales
  • At least 4 years of experience directly managing sales professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to execute sales marketing strategies and analyze market trends
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of traveling 50% to 75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience presenting to senior management or C-suite executives
  • Knowledge of medical products and market needs
  • Proven track record of managing strategic initiatives to successful completion
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems
  • Experience in communications planning and implementation
