Job Summary: Weare seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) tojoin our team. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifyingpotential customers for our sales pipeline. This role involves researchingtarget companies, initiating contact through cold calling and other outreachmethods, and utilizing our CRM system to track progress and manage leads. Theideal candidate is comfortable with high-volume outreach, persistent, and eagerto contribute to our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research prospective client companies withintarget markets using various online tools and databases.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities, primarilythrough cold calling, to generate interest and identify potential leads.
  • Clearly articulate our company's value proposition to potential clients over the phone and via email.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to determinepotential fit and interest level.
  • Schedule introductory meetings or calls between qualified prospects and our Account Executives.
  • Diligently log all prospecting activities, communications, andlead information within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.).
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreachactivities and qualified lead generation.
  • Stay informed about our products/services and relevant industry trends.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing team members.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of college education.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly a strongand engaging phone presence.
  • Comfortable and proficient in making a high volume of coldcalls daily.
  • Experience using a CRM system for lead management and activitytracking.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation and resilience.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Basic proficiency with standard office software (e.g.,Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales development, inside sales, ortelemarketing role, particularly in a B2B environment a plus, but not required.
