Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicating with team members and being flexible to the needs of the business.;

Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follows recipes; wraps, labels, and stores merchandise; ensures food safety standards and inventory management.;

Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage members; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, training, and product quality.;
Be an Owner:
Maintains operational excellence and clean, organized work area; ensures quality and dating; secures fragile items; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions.;
Be a Talent Ambassador:
Represents the department and club with high-quality service and product standards; executes tasks with energy and commitment.
