About Crystal Bridges & The MomentaryCrystal Bridges is a museum of American art located in Bentonville, Arkansas. We explore the unfolding story of America by actively collecting, exhibiting, interpreting, and preserving outstanding works that illuminate the American heritage and artistic possibilities. - Gain familiarity with organizational policies and procedures and understand how they support the strategic goals of Crystal Bridges and The Momentary.
- Contribute to key initiatives led by the Director of Hospitality by assisting with research and support on hospitality‑related topics.
- Help execute special projects that enhance operational excellence across both institutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve hospitality operations and propose actionable solutions for increased efficiency and service quality.
- Participate in meetings with team members from various departments to learn about strategic planning and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners, ensuring a welcoming and informed experience for all.
- Research and help prepare briefing materials on hospitality trends, visitor engagement strategies, and service innovations.
- Microsoft Office Suite familiarity
- Knowledgeable about research methods
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Because intern may interact with sensitive personal information, a high level of professionalism and discretion are a must.

Weekly schedule to be arranged with direct supervisor. Interns are permitted to work up to 40 hours a week.
To qualify for bachelor’s or master’s hours, you must be enrolled in an accredited program or have graduated from an accredited program within the last three years. Students will be required to submit a current schedule or official transcript.
Compensation- High School Interns: $12.00
- Undergraduate Interns: $13.00
- Graduate Interns: $14.00

HousingHousing for internship positions is contingent upon the availability of funding and is not guaranteed. Internships that include housing explicitly state this within the position description. Any housing and/or relocation assistance provided is considered taxable income and will be reflected on the intern’s Form W-2. If housing is provided, priority will be given to students whose primary residence is more than 150 miles or three hours from either Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art or the Momentary.
