Relocation Required to Bentonville, AR

• Setting the category strategy: establish strategy, manage budgets to drive profitable growth, and use vision and creativity to impact the customer experience
• Building relationships: use influencing and leadership skills to build partnerships with suppliers, vendors, business partners and other Associate Merchants
• Making decisions: determine almost every aspect of your products – replenishment, supply chain, manufacturers, store operations, planning, assortment, layouts, budgets, modular, and pricing
• Designing, developing, and launching products: work with Product Development and Sourcing teams to create new products for Private Brands
• Knowing your category: know your customers and suppliers better than anyone and continually think about what is next for your business

• Microsoft Office, negotiating with third‑party suppliers, pricing, site merchandising, planning or inventory, or related area
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Merchandising
