Description
The Client Service Manager (CSM) negotiates, creates, approves, and implements national projects. Responsibilities include project development, budget management, execution monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, upselling, invoicing, and financial management within Product Connections' process while delivering high‑level service to client representatives and co‑workers and supporting a service‑excellence culture.
Responsibilities- Develop national sales plans for clients and retailers within approved financial guidelines.
- Achieve annual client budgets.
- Establish and maintain sound client relationships.
- Facilitate and load all retail projects through Project Administrators in Sales Trak following established rules and guidelines.
- Monitor and report project results.
- Collaborate with Field Support and Retail Management to ensure complete and timely execution of all retail tasks.
- Ensure all billing is accurate and timely via established rules and guidelines, including review of client bill rates, addresses, and authorized retailers.
- Provide documentation and backup as required.
- Maintain accuracy of authorized client billing form.
- Ensure Product Connections receives payment for all invoiced work.
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell existing and new client base.
- Complete all corporate administrative duties within established guidelines.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience.
- Highly experienced in retail operations and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- PC knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong Excel skills: data manipulation (filtering, sorting, freezing panes), pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Project loading, store list creation, and reporting (project summary, store detail, exceptions, workload).
- Negotiation, project management, research, analysis, and presentation skills.
