Food Expediter – The Indigo Road Hospitality Group

Base pay range: $12.00/hr.

Full-time. A flexible schedule is required to cover days, nights, weekends, weekend brunch and holidays.

• Act as the liaison between the kitchen and dining room staff, ensuring all food items are delivered in a timely fashion in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
• Receive and relay orders to the kitchen staff according to ticket specifications, ensuring all dishes match up and serve as the last set of eyes for outgoing plates.
• Maintain a clean and organized station and adhere to DHEC regulations for cleanliness and sanitation.

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience (preferred).
• Positive energy, ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player.
• Effective communication skills with managers, employees, and guests.
• Constant standing/walking, occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
