Join the The Indigo Road Hospitality Group and take the culinary helm at one of our 30+ locations. We’re looking for a visionary leader who will bring passion, creativity, and operational excellence to our kitchen teams.
The RoleAs Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, drive P&L performance, and foster an environment of continuous improvement. You’ll directly mentor chefs, manage inventory and budgeting, and act as the culinary ambassador of our brand.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, setting high standards for food quality and service.
- Develop, review, and innovate menus that reflect seasonal sourcing and the brand’s culinary philosophy.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and corporate leadership to streamline operations, maintain health and safety compliance, and control costs.
- Manage labor, labor forecasting, and budget reports to meet profitability targets.
- Partner with local farmers and vendors to ensure fresh, high‑quality ingredients.
- 5+ years of progressive kitchen leadership, with a proven track record in menu development and kitchen management.
- Hands‑on culinary execution—no “clipboard” chef; you love cooking on the front end.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to maintain quality while controlling labor and food costs.
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
- Passion for teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
