We are seeking a full-time Title Searcher for an on-site position located in Bentonville, AR. The Title Searcher will be responsible for performing detailed title searches to ensure clear property ownership. This includes analyzing property records, investigating liens, reviewing deeds, verifying legal descriptions, and identifying potential issues with the chain of title. The candidate will collaborate closely with escrow officers and other team members to support efficient real estate transactions.

• Proficiency in conducting Title Searches and analyzing Chain of Title
• Knowledge of Liens and Deeds as they pertain to property and real estate transactions
• Understanding of Escrow procedures and practices
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in the title insurance or real estate industry is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in a related field is a plus
