• Active RN license (Arkansas RN or compact/compact RN license accepted) — Arkansas nursing jobs eligible
• Minimum 2 years recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience, including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts and commit to the full 13-week travel contract
• Experience with EMR charting and newborn stabilization preferred

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to laboring mothers, delivering babies, and newborns in the Labor & Delivery unit
• Monitor and assess patients throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure safe maternal and neonatal outcomes
• Administer medications, assist with labor interventions and analgesia, and support VBACs and C-sections as required
• Perform newborn stabilization, APGAR assessment, and initial newborn care; support breastfeeding and lactation education
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate and support patients and families on labor, delivery, breastfeeding, and postpartum self-care
