Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Labor & Delivery position requiring BLS, ACLS, NRP, and a compact or AR RN license.

• Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Care for laboring, antepartum, and postpartum patients
• Assignment duration is 13 weeks
• No local travelers accepted; candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Provide care throughout the labor and delivery process, including postpartum and antepartum care
• Certifications cannot expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• Returning employees who were previously perm staff at any CHS facility must have a 2-year separation before consideration
• Compliance with hospital dress code and work environment policies required

• Active AR or compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years current L&D experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
• Experience with postpartum and antepartum patients required
• No gaps in employment of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• No previous permanent employment at any CHS facility within the last 2 years
