Trainer, Orders Department

Return Pro is seeking a team-oriented, driven, and energetic Trainer for the Orders Department. The Trainer is responsible for training Return Pro teammates across various positions within the facility, ensuring safe work habits and efficient production.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Learn and master a wide variety of job duties to a high level of detail.
• Document work progress and training materials with high detail for teammates.
• Monitor and administer teammate training, motivating teammates to achieve maximum quality & productivity.
• Effectively train others in a production environment.
• Validate training materials by working with supervisors.
• Conduct training audits to identify gaps, perform on-the-job training to correct deficiencies, and retest.
• Observe and audit work to make necessary changes to documentation or processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and the production training team to recommend operational improvements that enhance safety, quality, cost, and lead time.
• Provide feedback to teammates and evaluate abilities.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with quality systems and standards.
• Understanding of health and safety standards and compliance.
• Experience with process improvement techniques.
• Knowledge of business, finance, and management principles.
• Knowledge of human resource principles and practices.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Frequently required to walk, bend, lift, and reach overhead.
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, and carry 20–35 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑based production environment.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $
