Warehouse Operations Manager

As our client scales, we’re looking for a seasoned Warehouse Operations Leader to own and evolve the end-to-end fulfillment and production operations during a critical growth phase.

Location: Bentonville, AR (relocation assistance provided; only serious inquires)

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in complexity and scale. You’ll oversee a large, high-performing team while building the operational backbone that enables us to grow efficiently, reliably, and sustainably.

• Lead and manage 40–50+ direct reports
  , building a strong culture of accountability, trust, and performance
• Design and implement foundational operations
  , including SOPs, workflows, and operating rhythms—many built from scratch
• Scale daily B2C operations from early growth through high-volume execution (from ~1 unit/day to 5,000+ units/day
  )
• Partner closely with leadership to navigate rapid growth, ambiguity, and evolving priorities
• Leverage technology, tooling, and WMS platforms to drive efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
• Continuously identify and unlock operational improvements across people, process, and systems

• Operational Builder & Scaler: You’ve built and scaled operations in a high-growth, high-volume B2C or e-commerce environment. You know how to create structure where none exists—and evolve it as the business grows.
• Technology-Forward Operator: You lean into technology and systems (especially WMS and operational tooling) to drive efficiency, visibility, and performance. Every unit counts, and you know how to make the math work.
• Strong Cultural Leader: You’ve successfully led large teams (50+), balancing high standards with empathy. You’re adaptable, grounded, and know how to motivate teams through change.
