Position Summary
Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights – Fraud Strategy
. This role sits within the Fraud Strategy team, where you will lead a group of analysts and managers focused on identifying, mitigating, and preventing fraud across Walmart’s ecommerce platform. You’ll drive strategic planning, manage cross‑functional initiatives, and partner with Product, Tech, and Business teams to deliver scalable fraud solutions. Your leadership will shape the roadmap, guide execution, and ensure measurable impact across business units.
- Own the roadmap and execution of fraud mitigation initiatives across platforms and work streams.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and managers focused on fraud detection, rule development, and strategic execution.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align capabilities and drive solutions.
- Oversee major ruleset adjustments, escalations, and fraud trend coverage.
- Deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Guide reporting, experimentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams including Ink and Sig.
- Proven leadership experience in analytics, risk, or fraud strategy.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Expertise in data storytelling and communicating insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive alignment across business units.
- High sense of urgency and ownership in delivering measurable results.
- Experience managing fraud or risk programs in ecommerce or digital retail.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity through data and collaboration.
- Strategic mindset and passion for solving complex problems.
- Culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 4 years of experience (or 6 years) in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
- 2 years of experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
- Statistical programming language proficiency.
- Experience supervising associates and leading cross‑functional teams or projects.
- Masters in Business Administration or related field.
- Project Management Professional certification or Six Sigma White/Green/Black Belt certification.

Annual salary range: $80,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
