Our team oversees the strategy, design, and execution of Walmart’s industrial real estate projects nationwide. In this role, you’ll directly influence how Walmart grows and adapts to meet evolving business needs.
Responsibilities- Lead key industrial design and construction programs from strategy to mass implementation.
- Project manage new ground‑up (greenfield) industrial projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept through completion.
- Oversee project portfolios, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Present progress and insights to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
- Develop and refine processes for greater efficiency and consistency.
- Coordinate and consult on business initiatives, supporting project‑specific needs.
- Bachelor’s in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years’ experience in commercial real estate or warehouse site development, building design, and/or 8+ years in construction management or related site development work.
- 3+ years’ proven expertise in program and project management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple site development projects simultaneously, either new construction or existing tenant improvement projects, from design, project management, or construction management perspective.
- Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area; 2 years’ supervisory experience; 3 years’ project management experience. - Preferred qualifications:
Managing small or medium‑scale change initiatives;
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field;
Project Management Certification;
Six Sigma certification.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Stock options may also be included.
