Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures by following established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines;
Performs major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures by utilizing multiple craft skills;
Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors by completing and providing required written and electronic information;
Complies with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines;
Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools
