Position: Specialist Technician, Technology Support

Position Summary

This role supports Walmart’s Canada Network by providing exceptional bilingual (French and English) associate and business partner support through effective incident resolution, proactive troubleshooting, and strategic service improvements while aligning with Walmart’s values of integrity, innovation, and inclusivity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, embrace digital transformation, and foster collaboration to deliver seamless experiences across Walmart’s omnichannel offerings.

What

you’ll do

Key responsibilities include resolving customer incidents and requests through various communication channels, troubleshooting complex technical issues using advanced tools and knowledge, supporting continuous improvement by analyzing trends in escalations, collaborating with teams to optimize solutions, and utilizing Service Now to manage and track requests effectively.

What you’ll bring

Success in this role will require strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities, a customer-first mindset, and adaptability to embrace digital transformation.
Proficiency in both spoken and written French is required to support French-speaking customers and business partners.
