Proficient in capturing and documenting data attributes,

identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with established standards.

• IT Proficiency:
Strong understanding of PC (Personal Computer) hardware, operating

systems, and troubleshooting common application issues.

• Technical Expertise:

Experience with department-specific systems, tools, and

providing customer-focused technical support.

• Continuous Learning:
Ability to stay updated on modern technologies, processes,

and apply them to enhance team performance.

• Attention to Detail:
Meticulous in processing detailed information, ensuring

accuracy
