o This hourly position provides essential support for AI operations within the department. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Operation Managers, and Engineering Managers to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks. Additional technology-focused responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed

• Data Management: Proficient in capturing and documenting data attributes, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with established standards.
• IT Proficiency: Strong understanding of PC (Personal Computer) hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting common application issues.
• Technical Expertise: Experience with department-specific systems, tools, and providing customer-focused technical support.
• Continuous Learning: Ability to stay updated on modern technologies, processes, and apply them to enhance team performance.
