This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Bentonville, AR, for the role of Associate, Client Success Manager. We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Associate to support client execution and marketplace strategy within the Walmart ecosystem. This role is designed as a ramp‑up position, starting with hands‑on support for the Director of Retail Media and gradually evolving into a stand‑alone client‑facing role.
The Associate will gain deep exposure to Walmart operations, retail media, content optimization, and client management while building toward full account ownership over time.
- Serve as a supporting point of contact for assigned Walmart clients, assisting with day‑to‑day communication and deliverables.
- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews, including data gathering, analysis, and presentation development.
- Assist in identifying risks, opportunities, and proactive recommendations for client accounts.
- Shadow client conversations and strategy discussions with the goal of progressing into a lead role over time.
- Support end‑to‑end execution of client programs across the campaign lifecycle.
- Assist with account management across platforms including Supplier One, Seller Center, Walmart Connect, Kale, Wholescale, Cohley, Pacvue, and more.
- Coordinate with internal creative, media, and operations teams to ensure deliverables are accurate and on time.
- Support onboarding tasks such as catalog setup, PDP readiness, and compliance checks.
- Assist in developing campaign and marketplace strategies aligned with client goals and category dynamics.
- Conduct keyword, category, and competitive research to support PDP optimization and retail media planning.
- Help analyze performance trends and support optimization recommendations for content, UGC, and Walmart Connect campaigns.
- Build foundational understanding of Walmart retail media and marketplace mechanics.
- Support day‑to‑day content tasks including PDP rewrites, image audits, and content quality checks.
- Help manage UGC and influencer deliverables through Kale, Cohley, or internal creative workflows.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, Walmart requirements, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and creative outputs.
- Maintain and update recurring reports covering sales, media performance, SEO impact, and category trends.
- Update internal trackers and dashboards for deliverables, spend pacing, and timelines.
- Assist in surfacing insights for internal and client‑facing discussions.
- Work closely with the Director of Retail Media to improve workflows and execution quality.
- Document processes and maintain organized records across tools and platforms.
- Identify opportunities to expand responsibilities as skills and experience grow.
