Job Description:

• Develop and maintain an IT asset management process that covers all hardware, and cloud resources within GCP and Azure, and on-prem cloud environments.
• Provide training and support to IT and business stakeholders on the ITAM process and technology.
• Familiar with Service Now Configuration Item and Asset relationships and dependencies
• Familiar with Service Now Model Management strategies
• Experience leveraging HAM Pro functionalities in an enterprise environment across business units / segments / markets
• Understanding of the end-to-end asset lifecycle, the inter-dependencies between life cycles and best practices for each lifecycle state.
• Knowledgeable of Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
• Act as ITAM subject matter expert for organization. Identify and consult SMEs/advisors within the organization to mitigate compliance risk.
• Demonstrate experience in eliciting customer requirements
• Demonstrate experience in task decomposition.
• Ability to manage multiple competing stakeholders to gain alignment.
• Strong communication skills vertically and horizontally
• Comfortable in working in a strong-matrix environment.
• Demonstrated ability to interact and manage 3rd party vendors
• Understanding of standard asset discovery tools capabilities
• Experience in working with internal / external auditors to resolve findings around Asset Management
• Foundational PM Skills in a technology environment
