Project Design Analyst

Job Description Position Overview

We are seeking a detail?oriented professional with a strong passion for data?driven decision?making. This role is fully onsite five days a week in Northwest Arkansas, ideal for someone who enjoys transforming raw information into clear insights that support business strategy.

• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams to understand data needs and deliver meaningful analytics
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting tools
• Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner

• Demonstrated passion for data?driven decisions and analytical problem?solving
• Experience with at least one major data visualization or dashboarding tool, such as:
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts)
• Or similar analytics/reporting platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non?technical audiences

• Onsite in Northwest Arkansas, 5 days per week
• Collaborative, fast?paced setting with regular interaction across teams

Publishing Pay Range: $35.00 – $40.00 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
