Overview
Position Summary... The Senior Manager, Global IP Intelligence & Analytics is responsible for transforming complex intellectual property (IP) and Brand Portal data into actionable intelligence. This intelligence will support our Monitoring and Reporting functions and clearly communicate trends, risks, and opportunities in a visually engaging manner. This role serves as the primary storyteller for IP analytics, ensuring data is not only accurate, but intuitive, insightful, and impactful.
The role is responsible for recurring and ad hoc reports that enable leadership to anticipate issues, measure effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions. By combining strong analytical rigor with thoughtful data visualization, this role elevates how IP performance and trends are understood across global markets.

Our team safeguards the integrity of Walmart’s marketplace by empowering brand owners through a trusted Brand Portal. We collaborate with rights holders to address intellectual property concerns, providing tools and guidance to protect their brands. By proactively managing operations and expanding the Brand Portal globally, we enhance experiences for customers, sellers, and brand partners. Our approach supports regulatory compliance and fosters a secure, reliable environment aligned with Walmart’s commitment to ethical standards.
The team emphasizes leadership, communication, and strategic governance to effectively uphold these objectives across markets.
- Lead the development of visually compelling dashboards and reports that communicate IP and Brand Portal trends to Compliance executive audiences.
- Translate complex IP datasets into intuitive visuals and narratives that surface key insights, risks, and emerging patterns.
- Identify priority areas, trends, and signals to monitor across global IP programs, and design reporting frameworks to track performance and risk.
- Own global IP analytics and reporting, identifying trends across infringement types, enforcement activity and operational performance.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure insights are relevant and aligned to strategic priorities.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover non-obvious insights and inform decision-making.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles with a strong emphasis on data visualization and storytelling.
- Trust & Safety, compliance, risk, or IP-related experience preferred.
- Operational experience (e.g., working with enforcement workflows, case management, or program performance metrics) preferred.
- Proven ability to design engaging dashboards and presentations for cross-functional audiences.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and best practices in visual design.
- Experience turning complex or ambiguous data into clear narratives and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to represent a function to a broad organization.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
This position will be located at our new home office in Bentonville, Arkansas.
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Master of Business Administration;
Project Management Professional certification.
