Senior Risk Expert, Information Security (Tech Process and Controls Remediation) – Global Tech Assurance

As an Individual Contributor of the Information Security Global Tech (GT) Assurance team, this role will specialize in managing and driving audit findings and overall risk remediation efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of identified issues. In addition, the role will leverage knowledge and lessons learned from remediation efforts to identify, manage and execute holistic remediation projects across the enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and corrective action plans, while continuously driving and monitoring progress and reporting on remediation status.

You will lead the execution of holistic remediation across the enterprise, through the implementation and remediation of controls to address enterprise risk and audit findings. Examples of activities include understanding and communicating technology risk to both audit and technology stakeholders, technical risk alignment, proactive engagement with Global Tech teams to identify and execute risk remediation efforts, and organizing and presenting evidence of risk remediation to both audit and technology stakeholders.

• Support the planning and delivery of governance, risk and compliance artifacts for large cross-functional security strategic objectives.
• Participate in risk planning for the Tech Assurance team.
• Independently resolve ambiguous situations with conflicting business and product strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure controls are in place and documented to deliver risk reduction for Global Tech strategic initiatives, ensuring remediation of the defined risk.
• Continuously track progress of strategic initiatives, measure performance against goals, and ensure corrective actions are taken to keep deliverables on track and within budget.
• Provide regular updates on the status of strategic initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting issues or risks and recommending solutions.
• Provide technical support and serve as a technology risk subject matter expert to internal stakeholders implementing and remediating technology risk.
• Acquire knowledge of risk trends and themes, develop insights, and share strategies with leadership on holistic remediation.
• Analyze findings to prioritize requirements for addressing holistic risk remediation across the enterprise.
• Influence technical teams to prioritize holistic risk remediation.
• Guide and mentor team members to follow established practices for the delivery of technology assurance services, ensuring quality and impact.
