• Resolve seller issues through various channels to support the eCommerce business

• Manage escalated cases by providing expertise and researching seller histories
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs in collaboration with team members
• Review new seller applications and make informed decisions based on compliance requirements

• Fluency in one of the following languages:
  Thai, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, German, French, or Vietnamese (Read/Write)
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in Risk Operations Work streams and/or Fraud Detection
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate systems efficiently
• Ability to adhere to documented screening workflows and requirements
• Capacity to analyze information from multiple sources and apply it effectively

• Experience in eCommerce or technology solutions
• Familiarity with seller application processes and compliance checks
• Skills in data analysis and trend identification
• Previous experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
