UI​/UX Designer

Our client is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join their team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be part of the design team supporting the development of a modernized disaster recovery application. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a user‑centric approach, and excellent problem‑solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

UI/UX Designer

• Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of diverse user personas.
• Develop information architecture and user flows that simplify complex workflows.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for a web-based enterprise application.
• Design role-based dashboards that present real-time data and key performance indicators.
• Conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.

• 10+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, particularly for enterprise-level web applications.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing modern interface designs.
• Proficiency in prototyping with Figma and understanding of React framework.
• Experience designing accessible interfaces in compliance with WCAG guidelines.
