What you'll do…

• Understand how customers, especially business customers, shop online, and use strategic thinking and innovation to build frictionless, consistent, and high-performing site experiences.
• Anticipate industry needs and differentiate Walmart Business by driving new capabilities across the end-to-end experience.
• Apply data, analytics, and market insights to translate complex information into strategic actions, roadmap priorities, and measurable improvements.
• Maintain a strong focus on operational excellence, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and scale best-in-class workflows.
• Demonstrate decision and coordination skills when facing conflicting or ambiguous inputs; influence cross-functional partners from Product and Engineering to Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Leadership.
• Prioritize collective success and mentor team members to help others excel.

You’ll make an impact by implementing a frictionless and smooth site and product experience for business customers, leading end-to-end redesigns of core experiences (e.g., homepage, tax exemption tools, spend analytics, rewards, account management), and leveraging insights to craft customer-centric journeys and high-performing experiences across mobile and desktop.

You’ll identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive whitespace to shape the strategic roadmap and narrative across industries, using taxonomy, visual merchandising, and search to translate insights into cohesive storytelling that resonates with business customers and supports operations at scale.

Monitoring site health and performance using data and analytics, overseeing reporting, dashboards, and ongoing insights to track performance across traffic, conversion, search behavior, engagement, and industry growth. By integrating macroeconomic trends, competitive intelligence, and customer behavior modeling, you’ll guide decisions that strengthen both short-term execution and long-term strategy.

You’ll become an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders, influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams by providing strategic recommendations, aligning roadmaps, and driving prioritization across product discovery, launches, conversion initiatives, and enterprise services. You will lead cross-functional forums to streamline decision-making, improve processes, and scale best practices across Walmart Business.

You’ll operate with excellence by developing efficient workflows, operational routines, and repeatable processes that enable teams to execute with precision. You will mentor associates, build strong talent pipelines, and embed Walmart’s values—Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence—into the operating culture. By removing obstacles, anticipating risks, and establishing scalable systems, you’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality experiences and high-impact business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Merchandising, Site Experience, Product, or Site Merchandising

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or related field
• 4+ years leading or managing teams
• 4+ years in a consumer- or business-focused eCommerce environment
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of creating inclusive digital experiences and awareness of accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.2 AA) is valued
