- Proficiency with Salesforce, Docu Sign, Cirrus, sales productivity, and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Service Now).

- Strong product knowledge relevant to technology infrastructure and operational systems.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
