Position Summary:

As a Senior Technology Operations professional, you will lead and optimize technology processes to ensure seamless operational performance across the organization. This role demands expertise in project management, effective communication, and continuous process improvement to support business objectives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance system reliability and drive innovation within technology operations. Your strategic oversight will contribute to maintaining high standards of service delivery and operational excellence, ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals and support sustained growth.

About the team:
The Senior Technology Operations team plays a vital role in advancing Walmart’s revenue capabilities by designing and optimizing sales tools and systems. This team collaborates closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Engineering, Product, Learning & Development, and Sales Strategy & Enablement to ensure solutions meet supplier and partner needs. Focused on driving productivity, compliance, and data integrity, the team supports the long‑term success of revenue operations.

As part of Data Ventures, the team leverages data‑driven initiatives to empower merchants and suppliers with actionable insights, enabling informed and timely business decisions.

• Solve ongoing production issues and support users.
• Manage user licenses, user profiles, installed packages, and updates.
• Manage cross‑functional teams to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and reduce risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor operational metrics and drive corrective actions to maintain service quality.
• Facilitate communication across teams to support seamless technology deployment and support.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all operational activities.

• Proven expertise in project management with a track record of successfully leading complex technology operations initiatives.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Docu Sign, Cirrus, sales productivity, and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Service Now).
• Strong product knowledge relevant to technology infrastructure and operational systems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Experience managing large‑scale technology operations within a dynamic corporate environment.
• Ability to analyze operational challenges and develop strategic solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Operations‑focused core certs:
Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst. Cloud & productivity:
Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant. Certifications are a plus—equivalent hands‑on experience with Salesforce administration, release/change management, and deployments is equally valued.
