* You will organize sprints, prioritize the backlog, and provide crystal-clear requirements to a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts.
* Actively remove friction and unblock your team to accelerate the delivery of product initiatives and maintain a rapid pace of innovation.
* You will partner with stakeholders to identify new opportunities and define key success indicators, consistently prioritizing features that increase the value of our enterprise product.
* Build strong relationships and influence partners beyond your immediate team to ensure product initiatives have org-wide support and momentum.
* A track record of successfully launching multiple products, with deep involvement in go-to-market activities.
* Experience working directly and effectively with engineers, designers, and data analysts within your Scrum ceremonies.
* Excellent user story writing skills, user journey mapping, wire framing, and creating workflow diagrams.
* A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the Scrum framework.
* You are comfortable with understanding a product's tech stack and can engage in effective technical discussions with engineering partners.
* Experience in platform-level initiatives, creating solutions that span across multiple teams and products.
